We are flexible when it comes to training costs and will agree a cost for each client, dependent upon their training needs.
We charge an agreed amount for training, irrespective of how many staff attend.
Up to 20 staff can attend a training session and 2 sessions can be delivered in one day, meaning up to 40 staff can attend training in one day.
We do not ask for payment until after training has been delivered and you are satisfied.
We help our clients measure return on investment in training.
We ask trainees to complete training evaluations within 24 hours of each session and then follow up with a reflective evaluation 4 months later, asking staff how they are now working with software in terms of speed, confidence and knowledge as a direct result of attending training.
Chris encourages an open, informal session which appeals to my style of learning.
He somehow structures training which suits a range of people’s experience, and manages to stop this impacting on others with different levels of experience.
I really like the way in which the course is taught, specifically that Chris does not show us anything on a screen himself. This forces you to learn while doing, which for me is the most useful way to learn new Excel skills.
He also makes it interesting through his character, which I can appreciate is a difficult thing to do.
