MS Office Core Skills Courses

Learn fundamental and advanced skills to gain the most from MS Office

Core Skills Courses

We deliver a wide range of Core Skills courses for all levels which focus on learning the fundamental and advanced skills that staff need to gain the most from MS Office software.

Core Skills Courses focus on giving your staff the necessary skills to save time and money, improve communication, enhance quality and increase productivity with Microsoft Software.

3 Hour Sessions

The majority of our Core Skills courses are 3 hours long, allowing 2 courses to be delivered during a training day.

3 hour sessions help to keep trainees focused and engaged throughout each session and give our clients flexibility when scheduling training for staff.

Core Skills courses are also delivered in context with your business practices, helping trainees recognise how skills can be applied at work.

20 Staff per Session

Our training method allows up to 20 staff to attend each session, with no negative effect upon the impact of training, meaning up to 40 staff can attend over one day.

We use proven and effective techniques to talk trainees through the application of every skill learned without the need to demonstrate skills.

On Demand or Plan Ahead

Core skills courses can be scheduled when required or a programme of courses can be scheduled up to one year in advance, allowing staff to plan ahead and attend training as part of their professional development programme.

We can structure and schedule training in various ways to be sure it meets your training needs and fits within your business practices.

Return on Investment

We help our clients measure return on investment and how effective the training is in terms of increasing productivity.

We ask trainees to complete training evaluations within 24 hours of each session and then follow up with a reflective evaluation 4 months later, asking staff how they are now working with the software in terms of speed, confidence and knowledge as a direct result of the training.

What our clients say

Chris encourages an open, informal session which appeals to my style of learning.

He somehow structures training which suits a range of people’s experience, and manages to stop this impacting on others with different levels of experience.
